Generally, we'll charge your card for an item when we ship the item to you. However, we do pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line.Please note that there may be certain circumstances where orders that were placed with us will be unable to be accepted and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud verification department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if any or all portions of your order is canceled via email or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after payment is authorize then we will void the authorization and depending on your financial institution the release may be immediate or take several days to reflect on your account. We recommend contacting your financial institution to obtain exact void processing time frames.
A#1 Air Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for or warrant the fitness of any equipment for any particular application. A#1 Air Warhouse is not responsible or liable for any suggestions that it may provide concerning system sizing and/or selection. Any issues or decisions regarding system sizing and/or selection must be resolved and/or reached solely by the consumer and should not be based on any information or suggestions from A#1 Air Warehouse. All products must be installed according to manufacturer's installation instructions and safety guidelines. All work must be done according to applicable building, installation, and/or maintenance codes. Products sold by A#1 Air Warehouse must be installed by a licensed professional. A#1 Air Warehouse covers parts only under warranty. Installer is responsible for any applicable labor warranty.
The product (s) sold on our site are intended by the manufacturers to be installed by professional heating and air conditioning installers. They are available to you on this site as a means of saving a substantial amount of money. We know the advantages of self-installation, as well as any disadvantages, and it's your decision to purchase from us and install on your own. Any person or entity that decides on self-installation is responsible for and accepts all risk for both installation and equipment selection. Any applicable warranty will be void if the installation is not completed by a licensed contractor. Having these systems installed by a contractor is more costly but it has its advantages - professional installation, labor warranty may be provided by the contractor, the validation of your warranty with the manufacturer, and potentially someone to process warranty claims for you. (For safety reasons, do not install a furnace yourself unless you are qualified to do so.)
Purchaser hereby acknowledges that federal law prohibits opening the refrigeration lines of any equipment purchased on this website or through any subsidiary of A#1 Air. A properly licensed professional must handle the refrigerant contained in any unit/system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for the installation and/or maintenance of the unit/system in accordance with applicable building, installation, and/or maintenance code requirements.
Please note that not all products are exactly as pictured. Please go by model numbers, not pictures as we do not have control of manufacturers' changes. Product images for used and previsously installed equipment have been made to to best disclose any and all visual imperfections to the best of our abilities.
For large equipment purchases delivery is provided on most discount, used, and scratch and dent items unless otherwise stated. Deliveries are generally scheduled within 2 days after receipt of payment. The delivery area includes most of greater Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. All deliveries are subject to additional costs unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are based on a flat delivery rate. Purchases can also be picked up from the warehouse during normal warehouse hours.
Packages for small items are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are flat-rate shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Some products offered on the Site are available for local pickup at our warehouse. Not all items are available for this service. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or if an item is unavailable at our warehouse. If your item is unavailable at our warehouse, your order maybe canceled.
When picking up the order, the original purchaser must show a valid government-issued ID. If the order was paid for with a credit card, the card must be presented at time of pickup. A#1 Air Warehouse will hold your items for two days starting the day after the order was processed. If your order has not been picked up within that time frame, you may elect to extend it by one additional day. This must occur before your original time window expires. After two days (or three days if you chose to extend the time window), your order will be canceled. In no event will orders be held for more than three days. You will be charged for your order should you elect to pick up your products prior to your arrival. A#1 Air Warehouse reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered for Warehouse Pickup as well as the days of the year that this service is offered.
Due to our fast shipping times, it is imperative that should the need arise to cancel your order you contact us immediately via phone. If your order has not departed from our facilities there will be no charges associated with your cancellation. If your order has shipped but has not been delivered, you may request that our representative contact the Freight or Ground Carriers in an effort to stop the delivery and bring back the order to A#1 Air Warehouse. Although you can stop the order in transit this option will be very costly, due to the fact that there will be two charges imposed.
The outgoing shipping freight / ground charges and the inbound shipping freight / ground charges. You, the customer will be responsible for these charges, which will be deducted from your refund. Once the order is cancelled credit for the items can take as long as 10 business days to be refunded to your original payment method.
Orders that have shipped to customers and must be held at the local Freight terminal for more than 4 business days due to lack of communication with customer whether via email or phone, order will be considered abandoned which renders the order cancelled. At which times the cancellation policy will apply and customer is responsible for Freight charges for outbound and inbound.
The warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am CST to 5:00pm CST, to assure accurate processing of your cancellation request. We do not accept under any circumstances order cancellations via Email, voice mail, facsimile, or U.S. Mail. We always recommend that before you order from our site you check with your installing professional to ensure that the product you ordered is the right product for your needs, taking these steps will help to avoid any costly errors in ordering the wrong product.
A#1 Air Warehouse will back up 100% of all warranties for parts which are offered by the manufacturer and where stated with product purchases. A#1 Air Warehouse offers only nationally known and established brands that provide a nationwide parts distribution network. Most air conditioning installers are authorized by these manufacturers to service these units and obtain free of charge replacement parts for the term of your applicable warranty. Accordingly, make sure you review and are familiar with the terms, language, and/or requirements for any applicable warranty.
Warranties for used, exchanged, clearance, and or previously installted product (s) is offered AS IS with NO WARRANTY. A#1 Air will not be resposible for warranties by any manufacturer or by A#1 Air for any equipment that is sold AS IS.
If any product purchased from A#1 Air Warehouse should result in failure upon installation or not operate after installation, we are not responsible for supplying the parts warranted by the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will either refrigerant R22 or R410A be covered or reimbursed if refrigerant needs to be re-added to the system; whether it is missing from the unit when it arrives to the customer's location or after a part is replaced. Under no circumstances will A#1 Air Warehouse replace a whole system or component. A#1 Air Warehouse does not provide any warranty above and beyond the manufacturer's warranty as to parts. A#1 Air is not liable for any warranties, costs, and/or expenses incurred by the consumer due to a malfunction of any product (s) sold on our site. A#1 Air will not be resposible for any damage caused by the installation of any equipment from our site. A#1 Air Warehouse does not provide labor warranties or compensation of any kind for any costs incurred by the consumer due to a malfunction of any products sold on our site.
