Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract/purchase shall be determined by the appointment of a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator, by an arbitrator to be appointed by the president or a vice president of the nearest office of The American Arbitration Association.

Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract / purchase will be appointed the jurisdiction of Denton County Tx where the main office of A#1 Air Warehouse is located.  The appointed arbitrator must practice within this jurisdiction and the entire arbitration process must happen within this appointed jurisdiction.  No other jurisdiction suits, mediation, arbitrations will be entertained by A#1 Air Warehouse.  Purchaser agrees to these terms upon finalizing purchase.

EPA Regulations

Purchaser acknowledges and understands that only an EPA certified contractor can handle refrigerant and charge the AC equipment. We strongly encourage that you have your equipment installed by a local licensed contractor. All work needs to be done to local and state building codes. A#1 Air Warehouse accepts no liability for equipment after and during the installation process.
